The CAWP Constructors Leadership Council Emerging Leader Education Program is presenting Necessary Claim Considerations on a Troubled Project.  It will be held on Thursday, October 17 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Grazie Restaurant in Wexford.  ASCE members are invited to attend.

The speaker is Michael Birmingham of the Rhodes Group.  Michael Birmingham is a member of the Rhodes Executive Committee and project management team.  He has directed and conducted the analysis of schedule delay and disruption and termination claims on hundreds of projects, and he has testified to schedule delays and disruptions in court and arbitration.
