Commercial Street Bridge Site Tour

The I-376 Commercial Street Bridge in Pittsburgh, PA, carries 100,000 vehicles daily, providing access to the city from the east. The bridge is to be replaced on alignment using Accelerated Bridge Construction (ABC) techniques. The new Arched Steel Delta Frame is currently being erected adjacent to the existing bridge.  This new structure will be slid into place during an extended interstate closure next summer, following demolition of the existing bridge.
