Marcelus shale gas exploration and extraction in recent years has become one of the fastest growing industries within Pennsylvania.  Environmental concerns have surfaced due to the extraction process which has been a hot topic across news outlets.  While the debate still rages on, researchers from industry and numerous high-profile universities are focusing on providing engineering solutions for safeguarding our environment.

This evening dinner will focus on some of the latest findings and solutions revolving around Marcellus shale gas extraction, and what impacts these solutions will have towards the future.
