Tanana River Bridge - Alaska's Longest Bridge

The Tanana River Bridge is a 3300-foot long structure owned by the Alaska Railroad consisting of 20 structural steel spans at 165 feet each. The purpose of the bridge is to provide the military with year-round ground access to its training ranges and eventually supply fuel to some of its bases. The presentation will feature the fabrication and construction of the $188,000,000 structure.
