U.S. Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) Roof Control Division has open positions!

    The U.S. Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) Roof Control Division is seeking candidates for GS-7 through GS-12 Mining Engineer vacancies, as well as GS-13 Interdisciplinary Positions (Mining, Civil, Mechanical Engineering or Geologist). The vacancies are located in South Park (Pittsburgh), PA office, and both have vacancy announcements open to all US citizens and for current or former federal employees (including some other eligible candidates). The Roof Control Divisions performs underground investigations and provides technical assistance to agency enforcement personnel, mining industry stakeholders, and other government agencies.
